I always wonder why Claw hasn't been made a bigger badder threat in the Marvel U since he was Panther's first villian... i'ma go with IDAusgang on this one. It is reminiscent of Tim Sale.

Yep. The Black Panther has the sleek, Nexus/Batman (World's Finest version) look, and there's no mistaking his Kirby meets Loomis style.

Finch and Loston got it right. Steve "The Dude" Rude is indeed the artist. This is from Marvel Fanfare #45, August 1989. It was the all pinup issue.
