I've recently run across a couple of books with familiar names pretty much by accident. Of the past and present PJ'ers, who all has books on the shelf right now that I should check out?

New ones:
Elsevilla - Lullaby
Chynco - Canton Kid

Old favorites:
Tony Moore - The Walking Dead covers
Kirkman and Uncle Wya - Invincible

I'm sure there is some other cool stuff out there that I don't know about. Know of any?

I believe the multi-talented and studly EJ Su does a Castlevania, or Wafflemania funnybook of some sort.

E.J.'s also got Case Files: Sam & Twitch on the racks right now.

Western Tales of Terror reads like a list of PJ alumni as well.

I don't know about Pigtale. Pigtale was on its way out before Ovi joined.

Stefano Caselli currently rocks the pencils on the new GI Joe series.

Jason Latour is doing the art chores on The Expatriate.

I didn't know that you could almost have a book out, become a member and active participant in this community, but not be allowed on this "rollcall". My bad, when he said "present" I guess that means that you had to have been here awhile before you released something.

The book is still good and worth mentioning, so in either case, I'd put it up here anyways. ;)

Definately. Pigtale is awesome.

I'm sure if you were to do a true tally, you would find quite a few present members who are participating in the creation of a comic book, in one form or another. If you really want to use the term "active," though, that will exclude quite a few, simply because most people who are working professionally don't really have the time to be active here on the board.

Western Tales of Terror #5 (out the end of this month!) has a story written by me, pencilled by Tony Moore, inked by Nate Bellegarde (R.I.P), and toned by Jacon. The PJ Cream Team.

Everyone buy it.

I'll totally sign 'em for you in Chicago.

Remember, people: It's #5 not #4.

If you bought #4 thinking it was by this creative team, I laugh at you.

But not too much.

Dude, it's not a contest, it's a roll call... when you joined up is irrelevant, right? If you're on the PJ rolls and you got a book on the shelf now, then pimp that bitch!!

:D

Did anyone mention Amy or Kazu? Both of 'em in Flight 2, and Whib's got that book from TokyoPop on the way I believe...

By that rationale hasn't Eric Larsen, Travis Charest, Todd Nauck, Jim Valentino, Shelby Robertson, and SCADS of others, some of whom were published for a while, registered as members?

I dig Ovi's work as much as the next guy and look forward to Pigtale when it comes out, I was just saying.

Now leave me alone alla youse.

Oh, Mark Brooks taking over chores on New X-Men

Khary Randolph on the upcoming Joint Chiefs

Freddie Williams III on Wargod
