When I post pencils of pages in my book I am doing for preview or C+C purposes... should they go in the penciling lab or the sequential lab???

Sequential Art Lab is the best fit, if the purpose is for C&C. If it's just for preview purposes, then technically it would belong in the Bulletin Board.
