Did anybody else get it?

I picked it up, read it first in the pile (always save that Invincible for last because it's always best) and came back to it at least 3 times that night before I finally stuck it in my closet. It was that damn ending.
Jai Nitz (http://www.comicon.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=36&t=003371) had a blurb on it in his column and that's what made me post here.

That ending. Two pages to wrap up the story and piss me off at the same time. Then I got kind of depressed because it was true. Later, I got all like "hrumph! I'm gonna go makes me some comics and shit!"

So.. Yeah. It wasn't my favorite ending ever, but it knocked me around inside, a bit. That Mark Millar sure is different.

ya I bought this with invincible a few days ago, I dont know, I really liked Wanted. I guess I settle for anything. Millar really did give a big spit to the face on those last 2 pages. Im just pissed that its all over.

"Of course I'm ****ing with you, bitch."

Heh.

Wanted has been one of the best books to come out this past year. Not always a comfortable read. The "message" isn't really as much the point so much as the supposed taboo-breaking, which made it come off pretty shallow most the way through. All the variants have been a pain in the ass too. Definitely a recommendation though.

I heard other warren storys like Unfunnies and Chosen tie in with wanted. I wish they would have did more, but it seems like he doesnt want to ruin it like "matrix" or "terminator". So I hear their planning on making a movie and hes going the route of alan moore and having no part in the movie.
