Inking section moderator?

Can you tell me who the Inking section moderator is?
I have a question before posting and would like to get approval (as directed in the guidelines).

I recently scanned a super huge pencil piece by Al Rio.
I've offered it for inking practice to a couple of inking groups. Just thought I'd offer it here if it's ok.
I'm Rio's rep, but it's not MY art (but I have his permission as his rep to do it). Also - I wasn't sure if it would be self-promotional because the piece *is* also for sale.
