Yep...that's what most of us use here. Some of us use the higher end Intuos, but if you're not doing assloads of pro stuff yet, that'll work great. Hell, I still use the first Graphire myself.

i bought one of those and took it back the same day, trust me stick with wacom.

Just stick with the best Wacom tablet you can get. I've never heard good things about the other makes.

I think a good benchmark for how good the Wacoms are is that several of the tablet PCs that different manufacturers are manufacturering use Wacom stuff to get the digitizers working. I need food.

I've never heard ANYTHING good about the Aiptek models.

At my office it's all Wacom/Intuos, and at home I use a little 4x5 Wacom and it's never failed me.

Check out the Wacom website they just introduced the Graphire 3 today and cut prices on the Intuos 2.

ive got a 4x5 graphire 2 and i absolutly love it, i wouldnt go with anything else, except maybe an intuos, definatly go with the grapfire 2 if your budget is under 100 bucks, NO ONE can compete with wacom when it comes to quality graphics tablets

i just got my wacom 2 months ago, and bro it words great. i got it on ebay, the 9x12 one. i love it. its good to unlock the pen's pressure in PS 7. i mean i've been doing stuf with the mouse and when i got the wacom tablet.....oh man...next level stuff!.. i have done soem stuff that i know i could not do with anything else !....i got mine for like $399 and it was all worth it !
