Photoshop Filters

I dunno if it is in here the right place in where I can ask it, or if that message should be placed at some other room, but since that part of the bbs is also about technology (involved in creating comics), I wanted to ask if you guys know any good sites in where I can download Photoshop filters that I can use to create some different mood and effects into my drawings...

Well, you can ofcourse use filters , but I don't recommend it.
You'll learn a lot more by doing it yourself! :)

But if you really want to, I suppose there's always a way to creatively aquire them, using any random file sharing program.
