Member Status

I was just wondering, how does one go from Junior Member to a Senior Member? Is it based on the amount of time a member had been a part of PJ, or is it based on the number of posts a member puts up?

150 posts gives you senior member status and a neato avatar. Until then, you are just a sissy member and have to do push ups when i tell you.
