I like the way you did the hair :)
The faces ar not too bad, just look up some references and keep on practicing.
Also practice a lil bit anatomy :)

yeah i liked the hair 2. It's real fun 2 do.
The anatomy will be a bit more clear in the final version and the reference is in the head...
