Now I know where your avatar come from...it's a section of this pic :p .... I'm happy to see you start palying with silouette and just black and white image...it seems when an artist starts to playing with them he's ready to improve to a next stage (I hope you got my crap thinking:D )

Is it 'burned' or 'burnt', by the way? Me and my poor english .. :o

Thank ye Spidey. Since I'm off to art-college within a couple of months, I too have high hopes for my abilities to develop..

Burned is right. I actually had to pause to think about it though, I hate engrish.
Good luck at college anyway. When are you starting? September? Thats usually when shool starts over here. A lil piece of advice though, milk those instructors' knowledge of art for everything its worth. And no messing around. If you wanna make a living out of this art thing you have to take it seriously.

...but you already knew that. ;)

The "Shout" painting is really beautiful. Looks like it could be an album cover.

Ra, wow man these are some awsome sketches. your work has really progressed.

I think my favorite is the "Shout" one. very classey. Id say you could sell that and make a fair few $$$.

I also love the viriatey in the first sketch, all the differant styles merged its great.
