if you're going to show an image from either of those sites it must be hyperlinked like this (http://www.deviantart.com/view/2099221)

use the little buttons above the text window:

click on the "http://" button and you will be prompted

it helps to go to the page, make sure the address is correct, then copy and paste the link

P.S. if anyone knows of a good site that will let you post the image inline as i've seen many do, please let me know
