I'm a creator/artist so I have plenty of stories and characters ,but I'm not to good with dialogue. Now i would like to hire a writer but I have some questions. First how much do I pay them and how by issue by story arch what ? And if they're my characters and they write them for me do they now own them too I mean how much rights do they have ? I don't want to loose my characters. I just want a good writers. I also have most of the stories plotted out do writers dislike that? please somebody let me know.

I think that provided you have your characters copyrighted and such, you own your characters completely and fully, and no one else, mainly because they are copyrighted under your name. You just have other people writing the stories that involves them.
As far as plotting goes, I think most writers like to have complete creative freedom when writing a story, however, I don't think it's much of a big deal if they're writing for a story that's already been pre-plotted. But if you feel that you want the stories to take a certain path, let the writer know ahead of time, that way they know and understand what must happen to the character during the progression of the story.
