I'm taking Popninjas advice and adding a couple of pages before page 1.

These pages and the preceding pages were based on Fantastic Four #29.

Wow. Great establishing shot. You sure can crank those pages out.

storytelling is looking clear for the most part.
there are some slight issues that i have that bother me.
your backgrounds and perspective is pretty good. no problems there. but your foreshortenting on your characters needs work they all look like they have no necks. it seems like you're placing the head lower but don't foershorten the torsos. the Thing looks fine because he's usually drawn like that.
last panel on first page. you seem to have drawn the crowd so that it conforms to the border of the panel. it compostionally doesn't look good on the whole page.
your gutter sizes are also bothering me a bit. they're way too thin in my opinion. maybe if you inked them witha really thick line weight then it'd be ok.. but they just bother me.
but again this is nice, you really put a good amount of effort into this. your attention to detail is good.

I have to agree with eddie, that IS a great establishing shot. And I'll say this again, I love that you are NOT a detail skimper. That's some nice backgrounds you have going on in both pages.
There are a couple of things that I will point out.
Page 0.1
Panel 1: Like I said, great establishing shot. It doesn't really tell us how everything got started, but it's better than what you had. At the very least, it sets up the players, which is good. My biggest problem with this panel is that you don't have all of the heroes looking up at the same spot, specifically Sue and Ben, who seem to be looking at something else altogether. Small gripe, but noticeable.
Panel 2: The neck issue was addressed by chynco. Reed looks a little beefy in the middle here.
Page 0.2
Panel 1: Very weird the way the Hulk's right hand vanishes at the top of the panel. Is he holding onto something? You get that impression judging from the next panel, but it would have been nice to see.
Panels 2 & 3: Decent action, although it seems a little choppy. Maybe if you had changed the angle and shown the whole sequence from Torch's perspective, it would have played out better. As it is, it's just okay...and a little choppy.
Panel 4: My biggest gripe on the page is that once again you have shown something that needed a previous panel to explain. The Thing miraculously appears at the top of this structure. How did he get there? Less than a minute ago, he was on the ground. It would have been nice to see how he got up there so fast.
Overall, these pages improve upon what you had going on before, so that is a definite plus. They could use some serious fine tuning before being shown to an editor. You're background work is very competent and your linework is very good. You're anatomy is a little tricky in places, but your stuff looks pretty good. You could stand to liven up your panels by utilizing a little more dynamic perspective.
Keep working at it.

these are great pages, very well done, but im afraid that your style will be a disadvantage to you, right now marvel is all about that big humberto ramos trend, and they seem to only putting out really superstylized books, this looks very traditional, which is not a bad thing, but i just think it might be difficult to sell

Marvel puts out A LOT of books, and they aren't all "superstylized," as you describe. Off the top of my head, I can think of a few that are pretty traditional, like Amazing Spider-Man, Hulk, New and Uncanny X-Men, and Wolverine. All of these books, and I know I could find a lot more, are drawn in traditional styles.
Marvel employs many competent artists whose skills emphasize structure over style.
Keep plugging away, fusciart.
