Golly, I hate to be a pain, but once again I must point out that I don't understand why this fight is taking place. My main problem, on this page in particular, is that we seem to have a "thinking" Hulk. So if we have a thinking Hulk, do we have an intelligent, talking Hulk? And if we have an intelligent, talking Hulk, would he be fighting Captain America? And since he is fighting Captain America, and the Thing(who has mysteriously vanished since page one), how did this all come about? I know it sounds like I'm harping, but it just seems to me like your page 1 actually was, like, page 3. It really needs to be established how we got to this point.

I will say, once again, that your linework is very nice. There are some glaring anatomy issues, especially with the Hulk in panel 4(his left arm should be extended further and a lot more of it should be showing, as well as his back is missing), but your art is clean and your storytelling, while fractured, is decent. And I really like how you don't skimp on backgrounds. I'm talking all backgrounds, no impact or action lines to hide the backgrounds here. Impressive, it is.

Pretty nice storytelling, but you should work a little more on your figures. The anatomy of the individual body parts isn't bad, but it almost seems pasted together.

I'd say work on gestures some, and try to loosen up the poses a bit. Your poses just seem a little stiff. (Cap in panel 5, especially.)If you can work that out, I think you'll be on your way.
