Question for someone with Dreamweaver knowledge?

Hi, I would like to add a black outline around my page to separate it more from the background. The only way that I know to do this is to put the html (I did the pages in photoshop then cut them up in imageready) inside of a table.

I have heard that putting the html in the frame will also speed up load time for the pages. So I would be killing two birds with one stone. The problem that I have is that when I open up the page in IE I get the outline from the frame like I want. When I open the page in Mozilla the left side and top of the box are lighter, (kind of like the frame is embossed or beveled) and I don't want this to happen.

Anyone have any input on how to solve this without taking the pages back into photoshop, witch might turn out to be the best way to go in the first place.

I know what you mean, the default border they give you for frames just doesnt look nice. To fix that use this

delete border and subsitute it with style="border: 1px solid black"

so it will look like this in your table:
<table width="347" style="border: 1px solid black" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

you can there change the black to whatever color you wish.
