I don't know if the third panel really matches. They go from an all out scream at each other in #3 to panel #4 where he's all cool and collected. Speaking of panel 4, it might look better if the two guys in the back are being wrapped with the webbing and are struggling to get out of it. It took me a second view to see what was up.

Other than that, a really professional looking page.

Looks pretty good, Propsdue, but just looking at this page, I have no idea where this scene is taking place because of the dearth of backgrounds. I also have no idea what the relationship is from one character to another. A clear estabishing shot would help all of that.

Also, think about mixing up the sizes of the figures on the page. If you take a step back and squint at this page, all the forms in the panels end up having the same visual weight because everything is of a similar size. There's very little difference in the size of Hyde's head from panel to panel, if you see what I mean. The end result is there's no clearly important panel to key in on, and the page feels sort of "grey" because of it.

Lastly, IIRC this is Spider-Man's big entrance into this little party, right? Maybe think about making the last panel bigger so as to emphasize the heroic entrance a bit?
