Couple of Anatomy and Face-Sketches

NEED some REFERENCE (links?), because:
1) i can´t draw proper lips ... guess i erased the guys´lips about 10 times without ever drawing some that i liked
2) feet muscles ... why is it so difficult in a weird way to draw those frickin feet muscles --- i got several anatomy books, but there are no really good muscle (and their movement) illustrations ...

so if you have any feet or lips-reference links please post them ...
