No, Eddie, it's a story about trash recycling... CC fights the evil Dr. Rat and defeats his plans tu submerge the world with garbage... or something like this.
The idea was to join a "dysneysh" style with a superheroic content. The project wasn't approved by the local administration and it fell in the limbo of the unapproved projects. I still like it, 'tho.

That's too bad it got disapproved. Naples could have really used it. I lived there for three years and loved every bit of it except for...well...the trash. :)

By the way, I like how you put the owl in there. Reminds me of the old commercials of Woodsie the Owl "Give a hoot, don't pollute"
