Getty Images (http://www.gettyimages.com) is great for that stuff. You can just enter a keyword for whatever you're looking for.

There's also this site (http://www.fineart.sk/), which is specifically for anatomy references (there's a lot of nudity there).

the best way to do this is from life. take your sketchbook to a public place like the mall, park, or library, and try to quickly capture natural gesture before they move. You'll get quick and accurate fast, because you HAVE to.

drawing from photos is a limited experience because you're drawing from a medium that's already translated to 2D, and it allows you to linger for too long, somewhat negating the use of the exercise.

taking your sketchbook with you wherever you go is an excellent way to get marked improvement in record time, guaranteed. Set yourself a simple goal, like 60 life sketches a month, and try to keep it.
