why are my clouds so blurry

well as of late i have ben using clouds and i ahve learned but they look very blurry and not really defined, can someone give me a tutorial for cloud coloring

pixelated pope to the rsecue again, i used that tutorial to make the clouds in this (http://penciljack.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=30184) picture, not nearly as good as the clouds in the tutorial but good none-the-less
