I'm really trying to make my drawings a little more dynamic, so this is just a little practise, at my new attempts of foreshortening...
anyway, i'm really starting to enjoy drawing hands. im not afraid to draw them anymore...
i did these in my HB pencil, (which i normally use to line everything in), so it left little room for fixing things, without smudging everything... i did these really quick, so yeh forgive the sh*te-ness of them :)

yeah i was always afraid of hands too. looks like u got em down though! i dont know about the hand of the guy on the very left though. it looks kinda flat compared to your other hands.

as for the muscle foreshortening. its awesome man!

the guy on the left, wasnt originally in the picture, but i put him in there just to take up a blank white spot that was there... and plus, i ran out of room, and i didnt want to smudge the rest of the pic and my hand... so yeh, im just gonna call him 'blank-space-fill-out-guy'.. :)

Not bad, they have a MAdureira/Matsuda feel to them. Really not bad though.
