It's good but if the guy is taking a shotgun blast to the face, he probably wouldn't have part of his head anymore.

Also, the other guy's neck is place to far on the right of his torso. Unless you are actually like that, my sincerest apologies!

Although I must say that you don't really look 'matrixified'. You look more like the punisher.

What Blaque said is correct: a shotgun blast from point blank would cause more damage than that.

But my main advice would be that this needs more 'drama'. Try lowering the camera.. Or visualize the scene. That's what I always do. Then try to draw how you imagine it would look coolest.
