Got a new wacom, begging for digital painting tutorials

I really want to learn how to digitally paint. I'm developing a good grasp on color theory, so what I really need to know is how to start, and what the steps usually are. Not so much in a "Here is step one of how I painted this picture, and here is step two, and here's step three" way, but more in a "To do ____ in this painting I used ____ tool in with this ____ setting in this _____ way." method, to show my HOW to do stuff.

So does anyone know of any killer tuts that go above and beyond the call of duty? I would immensly appreciate it a millions of times.
