Penciljack seems to have plenty of bandwidth, I can always connect to it and is hardly ever down despite supporting a large number of users. DW has constant problems with bandwidth, the avatars have been switched off and the guy running it says "buy DWP, it helps to contribute to keeping this site running!" (Can't really blame him, can you... :))
There's no advertising I can see here, so who's paying for all this?
