ok, i haven't seen the movie since it was in theatres, but i got to thinking today: what was with the "jules et jim" poster?

i find it hard to believe that cam crowe would put a fairly prominent decoration in the film if it didn't have some sort of meaning (for those not in the know, it's an old french film about these two friends and a girl who basically swaps back and forth between them...i thought it was a hint and that's the direction vanilla sky was going in when what'sherface seemed to move on to jason lee, but it didn't really follow any further than that)

any movie buffs who could maybe explain this? or would any of you happen to have crowe's email address? thanks ;)

you can ask these guys anything... i'm sure you'll find your answer there

maybe instead of symbolizing penelope cruz's character with jason lee's and tom cruise's, it was supposed to somehow symbolize tom cruise's relationships with cameron diaz and penelope cruz, even though they weren't friends...

whatever, i hated that movie.

I liked the original much better eventhough it was EXACTLY THE SAME only in spanish and I agree with the theory that it had more to do with the guy and the two girls instead of the girl and the two guys.
