-Se7en: final confrontation.. Whether or not Pitt shoots the guy.

fight club - the final scene (when i first saw it, i realized that "the pixies" make some pretty good music)

tomcats - when the chick and he are observing kyle from inside the car and o´donnel (sp?) makes that face "wohoo do you hear that -- it´s stereo!" when he turns on the music really loud

jurassic park - when t-rex is approaching an there are little waves in the water glass

spider-man - the first time he swings thru the streets (after his uncle ben got killed) ... i got such an immense goose-skin when i first saw that scene in cinema --- amazing

terminator 2 - when schwarzenegger says at the end: "sere´s won chip left" and the he tips on his forehead and jumps into the Lava (he was not jumping into you Ra, i know ... omg what a miserable word game :o )

the matrix - when neo dodges the bullets in slowmo ...

Star Wars: Han runs off down a hallway after stormtroopers...then runs back yelling.

High Fidelity: when john cusack, jack black, and that other dude kick the crap out of tim robbins, then throw an air-conditioner on his head.

Raiders of the Lost Ark: That big guys swings a sword around for 5 minutes, everybody looks intimidated...then Indy shoots him. Classic.

Attack of the Clones: sorry, i know there are mixed feelings about the movie in general, but i've been waiting for yoda to bust out a lightsaber for YEARS!

"Hey..uh whats that on your face?"

Evil head all looks around and then gets hit with a big shovel full of dirt. Awesome stuff.

Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind - Nausicaa gets shot by these dudes torturing a child Omu. Then she burns her ankle trying to keep the omu from going into the lake of acid.

Laputa: Castle in the Sky - Laputa leaps off a castle while Pazu hanging upside down catches her right after the apex of the leap. You just *have* to see this scene. It is just awesome.

WHEN WILL DISNEY BRING THESE TO THE USA?! Nausicaa.net has no info on this... anyone have any idea? I want these 2 on DVD big time.

Lupin III: Castle of Cagliostro - Opening car chase scene. Steven Spielberg himself has been quoted as saying that this is one of the best car chases ever commited to celluloid. ;P How's that for an endorsement? Lots of memorable scenes in this one... Another scene is Lupin leaping from building to building against his will to rescue the princess.

"Betty Boop. What a dish. Betty Grable, nice cans...F'*ck Hitler..." - saving Private Ryan. There aren't words for how this movie makes me feel.

And for all the ladies out there, "Shit! I was eloquent!" - You've Got Mail. I absolutely hate these Meg Ryan movies, but Hanks is always great! And that scene in particular is excellent! :)

True Romance: Dennis Hopper (about to be killed) gives Christopher Walken a unique history lesson.

Now, all of the above scenes are GOOD but the scene that is possibly the most impressive I can remember is: ----

Rebel without a cause: When James Dean screams 'You're tearing me apart!' as well as the chicken race, the knife fight and when he attacks his father on the stairs. Great movie.

A Night at the Opera: the cabin scene. (...'and two hardboiled eggs'...) the contract sketch, and Harpo's swinging from the rafters behind the scene making the backdrops change.

East of Eden: When the father refuses to take the money and the kiss in the ...ferris wheel/paris wheel...I just forgot the English word for it.

To Have and Have Not: Lauren Bacall's really saucy reply to Bogart.

Some Like it Hot: Tony Curtis's imitation of Cary Grant on the beach, and the end of the movie. ("well, nobody's perfect")

Sunset Boulevard: Gloria Swanson's decent from the staircase: "I'm ready for my close-up, Mr deMille."

Lethal Weapon: Gibson "talking" the jumper down from the building."

Fight club: When Norton realizes he's schitzo and the scene where he shoots himself.

Scarface : When Al Pacino shoots the guy that was supposed to kill the guy who was giving the Columbians a bad rap ( you knew it was his ass when the Columbian guy finds out).

Spider-Man : The opening credits, no action but I almost pissed myself with anticipation.

The Exorcist : The final attempt at exocising Megan.

The Two Towers :When The Bombrunner(for lack of better term) runs into water tunnel under the bridge and blows the mutha up even with, was it 3 Legolas arrows in him? And when the back-up on horseback finally arrive with Gandalf.

Did you know that scene was totally ad-libbed by Harrison Ford?
He was sick from dysentery or something (probably not that but he was really ill that day) and instead of doing the planned fight scene in the script... he pulls out his gun and shoots the swordsman.

Spielberg said, "Heh.. I like it! print it!"
