View Full Version : An open coloroff challenge, YO JOE!
I have a lot of fun with the coloroffs "even tho I allways lose".
I learn a lot, like what I could/should have done to a picture, so Im gonna start one since the metalgear coloroff is allmost over with. Heres a pic that will work for newbs and pro wannabes alike. I think it would be cool for a bunch of newbs to join in, dont be scared " I lose all the time, but I learn" Sooooooo everyone join in the mo the better! Ill set a dead line for 2 weeks from today that way peeps can finish up there other coloroff stuff.

I'd be inclined to say it was Storm Shadow too, but the gun makes me unsure... Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow both had the same tattoo on their forearms tho... I guess you could go either way with this.
Its KAMAKURA, but hell who is he I say just slap some color on him.

that's why i keep doing these color-offs, for practice. i mean i've got the penciling and inking down pretty well, but i really like working on color also, and want to get better. so i keep on plugging away. and hey this one only took me about an hour total.

damn an hour? And my crappy gradient shading pic took hours XP...bah,I need to learn more about Photoshop XD

Definitely my favorite. Great job on the rendering... love the way you did the tat, although I believe it's traditionally red... but hey, big whoop. ;)
