There was a "cripple fight" episode of SP where a new crippled kid rolled into town and stole all of Timmy's thunder and became the coolest crippled kid in South Park by telling jokes like "I just walked into town, and boy are my arms tired" (due to his crutches). The fight scene was incredibly cool and was shot in a kind of shaky "NYPD Blue" camera style.
