Finally got around to uploading some new images to the web site. Added stuff to COMIC ART, COMMISSION ART, ROLEPLAYING ART, and SKETCHES & DOODLES sections. Check it out if you find the time!

Very nice web site Loston.
I just discovered Wally Wood. (I'm a little slow on the uptake.:) )
So the other day I'm searching google for some Wally Wood artwork and guess who's web site pops up. You guessed it, your's!
I'm ganna do some more poking around later when I have the time.
I'm really interested in his Thunder agents stuff. I saw a work he did with Dynamo on the cover and I fell in love.
Thanks again for the great site loston.

Cool. I looked at it all. I'd seen pretty much everything except for the new RPG stuff. That's a very impressive section, actually.

And you really should add that picture of you from your karate days with the Mel Gibson hair. Man, I want to see that just one more time.

Eeeiiiii!!! The Lethal Weapon hair days!!

We'll be updating the site with even more stuff very soon. This update included stuff I had uploaded already, so a lot of it has been seen here on PJ prior. Still, there's some pieces in the update that haven't been seen and there's more stuff to come! I got TONS of stuff to scan this week.

Bindlestitch,

I'm currently working on my second CAVEWOMAN one-shot called WEIRD JUNGLE TALES. It is a tribute to the artists of EC and especially Wally Wood. I wish there were a few more Wood web sites on the web, but there are very few. As you probably read, Wood was one of my biggest artistic influences. He was truly a genius and his artwork speaks for itself.

I have over 1000 illustrations under my roleplaying belt, so I don't think I'll ever be able to post everything I've ever done, but I still have many of the originals (though many of the choice pieces have been sold) that need to be scanned.

Most of my roleplaying artwork is filled with experimentation and many assignments were done at light speed, so the quality varies. I got a reputation for meeting tight deadlines, so when another artist flaked out on an assignment, I usually got the call, "Can you do this by Monday?" I usually said yes, even if the deadline was unrealistic and I was currently doing two other assignments. :D Some of the stuff turned out well though.
