Looking for an artist

I am searching for an artist for an eight-page Digital Webbing Presents submission. I will cover all of your fees into the book if our submission is accepted, so the artist will get a free ride to publication. The script is a children's story about a kingdom in the clouds over Victorian London. It's a very visually strong story, and I open to any styles.
