View Full Version : Opposite/nondrawing Hand Challenge

Rule 1: All of your work must be done with your nondrawing hand. If you mainly draw with your left, draw with your right. If you mainly draw with your right, draw with your left. Yes, you heard me right. Stop looking at me like I'm crazy.
Rule 2: All work must be done in pencil or ink. I don't want to see any colors. I think colors will just defeat the whole purpose of this challenge.
Rule 3: Backgrounds are optional. The backgrounds must be done with the nondrawing hand as well. If you are actually going to do a background, major kudos to you.
Rule 4: Don't take this TOO seriously. Everyone is about at an disadvantage as the other person.
Rule 5: This is the most important rule of all. BE HONEST. Don't cheat. There are plenty of other draw offs that could be done with the usualy drawing hand.
The entries shouldn't take THAT long, but I'm going to put the deadline at 2 weeks from now. Since I know you guys are slackers just like me, the deadline is flexible.

This sounds cool. How can you judge this though? I say we all just draw geometric shapes with our off-hand. That way you can tell what everyone is drawing. :p
Seriously though, how about Hellboy or something? Abe Sapien?

Batman sounds good. He's dark and gritty, exactly the kind of person to draw in this case. (I'm kinda sick of seeing hellboy too. ;) )

danimation: That rules. My sketches so far makes Batman look more like an angry rabbit than anything else.
