Theres a lot more involved then a deadline and a short description.
Details, guidelines, requirements. The tourney maker also needs to be very responsible in making sure all deadlines are met and such.

by the way, is this based off tekken 4? cuz throughout all tekkens most poeple started to look quite different. plus the tekken style is almost like anime in namco's own different way, so this shouldn't be to hard.
