Yeah, who did you want to vote for?

No pressure. :p

That's a pretty cool coloring there, FIGster. Lots of stuff to like.

Man.. I'm sorry Shpydir. I tried to vote for yours, but it seemed somewhat bland compared to what I know you can do. Plus, the way you recolored the linework on the girdle and boots threw me off, being that the lines are now a lighter color than both the boot color and the background color.

I voted for Fig's.

I went with Shpydir's. Both were very well done. Shpydir's pic seemed to "pop" against the background a little better, so I went with it. I really only found one major fault with each pic, and this may just go down as my own personal tastes, but... I didn't like that Shpydir recolored the linework in parts of his, and I wasn't fond of the highlight used around the main figure in FIG's work. Not to say both of them were not excellent. ;) Great work guys.

I actually went ahead and deleted that lame background I had before. This is what I envisioned the drawing but I kind of did some late night work and made a poor choice by adding the texture. My friend said the same thing, he told me to detract the texture in the background and I did. I wonder if Ty Gorton of the contest will go ahead and switch the two like I asked him. Who knows.

Damn FIG, that edited version looks very nice. Me likes. Nice bit of detail in the glow from her eyes. Very cool. Guess it was there before but that white line distracted me from seeing it. Looks better this way ;cap;

Just goes to show how little changes can go a long way. The edited version (http://www.renderosity.com/homepage.ez?Who=FIG&ViewArticle=1629) is exactly how I envisioned it but I'm not sure if Ty will go ahead switch it with the current contest entry. The deadline was today and I made the appropriate changes before tommorrow. Hopefully he goes ahead and does it.
