Mine would be "Real World" by Matchbox 20. Its exactly how i see the world sometimes. I don't wanna grow up. LOL Anyway, I was driving to my house to pack it up to move yesterday and it came on the radio and made me wonder how many other peeps have a song thats all about who they are... or something.

Humor me... i'm curious. :D

I identify with "Try Try Try" by the Smashing Pumpkins. So I would probably have to pick that.

I don't know the name of the song or who sings it but the lyrics go like so: "And that's about the time she walked away from me/ Nobody likes you when you're 23/ and you still act like you're in freshman year..." I was 23 when that came out and I still feel like everyone else has grown up but me.

Remember the soundtrack on the wonderwoman TV show?

My theme song is the music that plays when linda carter does that spinning thing and turns into wonderwoman.

I replace the part where they sing "WONDERWOMANNNN!" with my own name, though. "JARED RI-'ICKSSSS!"

Like, whenever I'm on a "mission", i.e. going to the store to buy ciggerettes, that's the tune playing in my head.

This is all true.

man, it was hard to settle on one that covers most of the bases, but in the end, i decided on:

They Might Be Giants'
Robot Parade (metal version)

I don't have any particular song that comes to mind.. but I do on almost a daily basis wish that I could have an Orchestra somehow follow me around playing composer John Williams style music (Think Star Wars or Indiana Jones) as a musical score for the day. someone pisses me off.. I start humming the Imperial March.. ;)

a) Art-community.com is down indefinitely, so all art that was there (including Nate's strips) are no longer available.

b) I won't show you where you can get some of his other strips if you're just going to use them to once again compare Nate to Jhonen.

c) If you're not going to do that, you can see some of his other strips at http://fetorpse.deviantart.com

I dunno about a song, but i'd have a theme sound. Everytime i'd walk in the room it'd go "du-dum" That'd be cool! You know like in the Law and Order shows. Thats the only reason i watch them.

Awesome!

Like many rappers though, I think he's best when the tracks he raps on are well produced. Spankmaster, and Mathew, for that reason, were my least favorite albums of his, but each has a few gems.

If you haven't picked it up yet, Masters of Illusion is fan-freakin'-tastic!

I could also choose "Diesel Power", which he did with Prodigy, or "Blue Flowers", but really the list could go on, and on.

Oh, and one day, I'm *going* to make a comic with Keith...I just have to meet him first!

"The Good, the Bad & the Ugly" by Ennio Morricone. And if that one's not available "Wisdom, Whiskey & Dharma" by Whitetrash Shaolin.

I really don't know, but that theme ("the good, the bad and the ugly") has been a favourite of mine for years.

ah.. i love that Whitetrash Shaolin song, Thespian. good choice.
considering I found out about them through you, I should hope so! Say Tony, what is that project that you're doing at the Funk with WhiteTrash Shaolin anyway? I'd definitely pick it up. They rock hard.

I just discovered by theme song not too long ago. It's "Bother" by Stone Sour. I would've never heard it if I wasn't stuck listening to the radio all day at work. I get to hear it at LEAST 3 times a day.
