What are your current favorite comic books?

Mine are:

Y: the last man, from Vertigo. I find the art a little bit weak, but the story is incredible. definitely one of the most original things I've read in a while (since Preacher?)

The Ultimates: Great art, great story. Period.

Storwatch: Team Achilles. Portacio at his best IMO, and a very interesting storyline, with a very dynamic pace.

My interests have been moving away from superheroes lately. I still read and enjoy Ultimate Spidey and New X-Men and X-Statix, but not enough to rank as my favorites. Hulk has been really good recently, but I still dropped it from my pull list in favor of the new Vertigo series.

I'll be buying more superheroes soon, though, once Tech Jacket and Invincible come out.

Well, I was just at a comic store today to catch up on the last 4 months of not having read a single comic. I looked for 100% but they didn't have it.

Anyway, I really like:

Geoff Johns' first 2 issues of Avengers

Incredible Hulk

Amazing Spider-Man (though I'm kind of iffy about it)

I also picked up Waid and Ringo's FF and the new Cap Marvel series, which both look great (haven't actually read them yet tho').

Today was more of a back issue day. I got some Infinity Inc., Watchmen, P.P.S.M. (the good stuff by Peter David and Rich Buckler), JLA Earth 2 tpb, All Star Squadron, Giffen/Maguire/Huges Justice League, etc. I have been scouring the city for the Squadron Supreme tpb, but I can't find it anywhere. GRRRR.. I dunno why, but I've been really nostalgic about that maxi-series, which I haven't read since it first came out (yes, I'm getting old).
