anyway, i guess it looks alright. jacob made me go see a star trek movie with him once, and it wasn't too bad.

notice they dont' make any movies about the other non-NG star trek series? wanna know why? 'cuz they all suck!

who wants janeway as the protagonist in a 120 minute movie?! any takers?!

I'd go see a movie with Ben Sisko in it, I thought he kicked ass.

Janeway reminds me of my third grade teacher.

And I think Data's gonna die in this. Spiner says he's sick of getting in more and more makeup all the time to make it appear he hasn't aged. I woulda just said he cosmetically gets older, part of his Pinnocio complex, wanting to be human and experiencing the effects of aging.

Odd-numbered Trek films always are the worst... they ALWAYS suck... even-numbered ones at least have a chance.

ST: TMP (#1) sucked. Of course it was written by Gene Roddenberry, so it sort of goes without saying...

ST II: TWOK - so good! One of my personal faves!!

ST III: TSFS - the exception that proves the rule? I mean not great, but they did kill David and Christopher Lloyd made a great Klingon!

ST IV: TVH - Kirk and co save the whales. And everyone loves whales! Also by far the funniest of the franchise...

ST V: TFF - uh... William Shatner directs... need we say more?

ST VI: TUC - An excellent installment. Would have been a great finale to except for...

ST Generations (#7) - Kirk meets Picard!! And they don't even have a fight (so we'll never know who would've won!) Kirk does die though...

ST First Contact (#8) - Great movie!! James Cromwell, the borg, time travel, you name it!

ST Insurrection (#9) - ZZZZZ! (wake me when it's over...)

Hopefully this one will be mucho awesome... I have just one question - why is Billy Corgan in it?;)

Star Trek Insurrection introduced a freaking JOYSTICK in front of the captain's chair. Shoot me.

Better yet, find out which dippy nutwad thought of the concept, then hang him upside-down over an anthill with his genitals dipped in molasses.

i personally loved and would love to see a movie based on DS9. I thought that was the best star trek series ever. The last several seasons of the show was everything that i wanted to see in star trek, and that is war! I loved seeing the federation and all the other races in battle. Best ever, and a moive would be pretty cool if they brought back sisko. I also really really like avery brooks as an actor. just my two cents
