i was looking at portfolios at art-comminity earlier today at work on my lunch break... and everything was going fine, right? well, when i got home today i wanted to grab some pics from some of these portfolios so i could color them. but guess what! i can't get in! brother tucker! you know why?!? coz of this!

Color me crazy, but I do believe that he was paying money out of his own pocket, to allow us to post our art.

I had been trying to keep the number of pic's I had on Art-community to a minimum, seeing as to how many members had flooded that site.

Personally, I'd like to thank the guy who tried to keep that site running as long as he could, FOR FREE. I'm amazed that it lasted this long. Same with the comixmatrix...wish I could remember who it was that ran that site, but hey, these guys gave it a good effort, to allow us a free ride.

If you (and I'm not trying to start a fight here or anything), but if you guys think it's uncool that the site disappeared, then go make an image hosting community of your own, pay for it out of your pocket, and watch as many of the people you gave so much for, get pissed at you when you run out of cash.
