Just had the opportunity to read the whole thing issue one to close.
Sure, some of the shit he wrote about Texas was just a little too stereotypical, but what can you expect. I think it helped emphasize the whole outlandishness of the entire series.
Was there anything else dealing with preacher that was done? Like maybe a story where cass confronts Dee and asks her forgiveness, or where Jesse actually DOES get Tulip and Amy in the sack. (even though i think that whole little substory about him thinking about that was just because alot of people were writing to him asking why he didn't hit it *because i myself like her better than Tulip, ((only cause I prefer brunettes, myself))*
All in all, i really liked the book. I'm glad that I waited so long to read it, because I'm sure that having to wait for another book every month (or 2 months //Ultimates), would drive my pissy!
