He looks pretty good for an over the hill guy.
...o...k....

The guy is old. He needs to stay out work. I don't want to see the Terminator get a heart attack. To me that would be worse than Superman breaking his neck.

I think he's still got the heat as long ass he doesn't take his shirt off.

Okay, I'll tell ya. The Terminator was James Cameron's baby. James Cameron is not involved with this movie. There was a time, before Schwarzenegger's career was waning, that he would have never made a Terminator sequel without Cameron on board. Now, it is no longer about the story. It's about trying to make a quick buck on the name. And I think that is a mistake.
Movies like this one always fail. It's called going to the well once too often.

Actually, the Terminator was Harlen Ellison's "baby", according to the law suit.

Harlan Ellison went to court over TERMINATOR siting that Cameron was ripping off one (and possibly two) episodes of the original OUTER LIMITS television show. It was settled out of court, Cameron gave Ellison credit in the film and Harlan got a sizeable chunk of change from the movie release. It's reported that Cameron refuses to talk about Harlan, and even the mentioning of his name will set him off. Actually owning both episodes of THE OUTER LIMITS by Ellison, I can tell you that Cameron was smart to settle out of court, because Harlan would have won, no contest.
This said, I'm a HUGE Cameron fan. I've seen ALIENS at least 150 times (I only wish I was joking.), but that too is more or less a rip off of Robert Heinlein's STARSHIP TROOPERS novel (not to be confused with the drek movie of the same title), written in 1959. Read it for yourself if you've any doubts.
As far as T3 being anygood without Cameron--who can say until more information is gathered. It could be spectacular or a spectacular flop. Too early to tell.

I think that Jurassic Park 3 was enough evidence to show that a sequel can work, and make money without the big name director attached to it.
but, like Loston said, this could be good, or it could be bad. I think that either way, it'll make at least a little bit of money! :)

I could care less is Cameron does the movie, I'm not a huge fan. I think it's very possible that they can make a good movie without him.

I'll reserve judgement until I see the movie.
.......I saw in the news that hes showing signs of recovery, in form of finally getting feeling back in his hands, arms and legs, thanks to the physical therapy hes been involved in.

i think Vin Diesel would make a better Terminator. another thing would be to make a Aliens vs Predator vs Terminator game.

A plagiarist?--maybe. That was never proven in a court of law. As I stated, it was settled out of court. To his credit (though I doubt he had much choice) he did agree to give Harlan credit in the film.
I recall waiting in the ticket line for (the now TBS SUPERSTATION classic) STARSHIP TROOPERS film, when the first wave of viewers came out of the theater. I remember one guy talking to some of his teen friends in line for the same viewing I was about to attend, "Don't even bother,man--it's just a rip off of ALIENS!" I was floored. That's kind of like saying Frankenstein's monster is a rip off of the Hulk! I had to laugh.

come on people! wise up!
The original directer is not going to be invovled, Anorld has lost his touch, and becuase of a new director I'm sure it will not be taken seriously. They might even put in a few gay one liners.
"I'll be back... no really, I'll be back in the sequal."

Well, technically, he's been killed in both of the other movies...so, killing him off in this one, should kind of be a given. :)

I dunno. I don't see much of a resemblance between the Starship Troopers novel and Aliens. I DO see a lot of resemblance between Aliens and that Starship Trooers movie though.
Cameron sealing the terminator doesn't suprise me much though Didn't he completely rip Dark angel too?
