you don't have to use just ms paint, you can any program you want, if you got a tablet you can use that. as for the deadline, i'll wait for more people to enter then i'll decide

you don't need a scanner, the media is using the computer to draw and color it

HELP ME!!!! Alright, so I go into the paint program to make a drawing for this draw off and everything is going great when I, like an idiot, got rid of the toolbar. NOW I CAN'T GET IT BACK!!! I've gone to the help section and it doesn't really help. I've even re started my computer and I just can't get that damned toobar back. Someone help me or I'll have to color this damn thing with that little pencil and that will take forever.
BTW, I'm not kidding; this is not a joke. Someone please help...

if you mean ms paint go to view-tool box or press ctrl+t, but you don't have to just use paint you can use any program.
