The cropping of the feet of 2 of the characters, coupled with most of them being placed so close to the bottom edge of the page, seems to make them not a true part of the environment. I also was (and still am) confused as to what exactly is going on with that piece piece of empty space in the background, and that jagged sliver of detail that streaks across it. Also, the lack of using a perspective grid on the buildings makes them all seem structurally unsound. Lots of potential here though.
