haha, I did the same thing (re: not making the poll public). If someone else does that, we'll have a trifecta on our hands ^_^

I like Aahb's story-book-looking piece, though Hulk's hand (with the phone) is... kinda awkwardly twisted. Also, I'm sure most 2-year-olds are potty trained. o_O Love the coloring =)

Sadani has a nice action piece, love the details and that building in the background! My only quarrel is that... it's only one building, by itself. Now would more buildings in the background have cluttered the piece up, and/or made it harder to finish? Most likely. But right now I'm stuck wondering about the logistics of an area that only has one tall building all by itself. But enough about that. It's a solid piece, and I'm having a really hard time deciding here!

Thanks, Steele: Very good point. That hand was commented on by a few people over the month while I drew the piece, I had drawn it like a Neanderthal: grasping, thinking it'd be funny that the phone was upside-down and twisted... and almost everyone has had issues with it. I was being really stupidly stubborn about it and finally a few days ago I came around... I was going to change it, but it would have required redoing a good portion of the arm (And pulling layers out of Photoshop)... so I said "Well, it should be fine." Now I'm regretting not doing that, I really should have spent the time. If nothing else, it's not reading to the audience.

Sedani: I love your piece! LOTS of action! :D The fragments of aircraft flying about are way cool and the detail is downright awesome! Big Greenie's eyes aren't reading right (level) to me and the linework is a little thick (But I think most linework is a little thick, so take that with a grain of salt), especially for the plane in the background. This is a great piece! :D

Haha, you would think...

Ours is pretty bright, but has no interest whatsoever in potty training at two-and-a-half. And I'm pretty sure that's who Aabh was thinking of.

Or at least have ever been in contact with a child on planet Earth.

Voted Aabh. Great colours and mood. Also great to see people thinking outside the box.

Why is that kid naked, outside, and in the woods? Lol! I dig both the pieces but neither of them look very "Hulk" to me. I struggled with the same thing last month. Good work by both but had to go with Sedani for Dynamics.

i laughed at Aabh's. But the detail on sedani's is insane. both of em were awsome though.

yeah, i actually had a city scape in the back as well, but busied it up a bit, I figured at this angle maybe it is one of the tallest around, I know in Boston if you looked at a building this tall at a low angle that is all you see, especially if you are half way up the building's height looking up. I figured this would be a point of contention for my piece.

For this battle, I went with aabh for illustrating a humorous line I have read somewhere before. I find the art to be enjoyable, and humorous.

Sedani also did well, but the wormlike veins in the hulk's body are distracting, and it took me a moment to figure out the depth in the piece since the aircraft wing goes off the page. The shattering metal is awesome though, so I spent several moments pondering which would get my vote.

Went with Sedani. I liked both quite a bit, but Aabh lost me with the relative sizes of the Hulk and the 2 year old. That's either a huge toddler, or the Hulk is like 5'11.
