I like this challenge, I had to give it up to BoS for doing turn-a-rounds as well, great job dudes!

Larger version of mine posted here (http://bringerofstorms.deviantart.com/art/Pummel-Ranked-Match-June-2012-OC-s-Battling-310615066)... not sure why it shows so small on PJ.

BoS
Turnarounds.
(are not easy to do)
The End
You went a little beyond your ability with your action shot.. and the result is some wonky torsos;
but kudos for the ambition
CWR...
better action pose on Fire Rook;
but Equinox is kind of hurting
especially her right (furthest) forearm and boobs placement; but that's a fairly tricky angle so kudos for going for it.

I wanna do this battle,..very cool idea! I went with BOS, mostly for composition. I wasnt crazy about the cropping in Russetts peice, you cut Equinox off at the hip.

I love this topic! I would have to go with BoS for the polish and also the action in his piece, though I am bothered by that torso twist. Looking closer I see what you were going for, but even so it looks very odd and distorted.
CWR, I really like the work you put into your background!

The excellent turn-arounds that BoS did in his illustration were the deciding factor for me on this one.
Nice job to both competitors!
I went with BoS for composition. That said, the fight picture, the woman's hips and midsection don't look quite right, like it is turned unnaturally. Slight comment :D

Thanks for the feedback guys. After my first Pummel match against VagabondX where I got lots of "too stiff" comments, I have been trying to loosen up the figures. Bending unnaturally appears to be the result at this point, but I am still working on it! :)
Appreciate the input. Keep watching, I will get it.
Thanks,
~BoS

Going BOS for level of effort.

Thanks for the comments, all. I know Equinox was cropped and that is my fault for poor planning. Not meant as a slap to BoS's character at all. Thanks for the props for the background too. Neither females nor backgrounds are strong suits for me.

That's what pummel's about - pushing out of your comfort zones.
