Welcome to weekly sketch group #259! Every PJ member is welcome to post a sketch, or as many as you'd like, in the WSG. So please join us this week, next week and every week! Got a great idea for a sketch group topic you would like to draw or see your fellow artists draw? Just PM me the details and I'll endeavor to include it in a future installment! ALL of our topics this week are submitted by your fellow sketch group participants!

Here's Weekly Sketch Group 259's topics:

1. Witchblade: Top Cow Comics' character. She's a hot babe who is barely covered in strategically-placed armor after having her clothes torn off by demons >D. Fights evil both as a cop and superheroine.

2. Emperor Zurg: Toy Story nemesis of Buzz Lightyear!

3. Hollywood Badasses: Toshiro Mifune star of movies like: Rashomon, Seven Samurai and Yojimbo. If you haven't seen him in any of the classics by Kurosawa I urge you to run, not walk, to find them ;)!

4. Original Character or Concept:

- Pieces

A guy that was cut into sections (head intact but maybe even that is seperated from his neck, artistic license). He is now still in pieces but held together by a magical, magnet-like force, which allows him to pull his body together, to the form of an average guy, or move the pieces around in mid air, giving him really crazy abilities to grab things, punch, dodge, etc. Sort of a cloud of different body parts that are all the same dude and can reattach to his body in a familiar way.

- The Truth

This is a supporting character from a fanfiction story, but I may try to write something with her as the star. She is a young, immigrant graffiti artist that manages to solve mysterious crimes and paints the culprits' names on walls relevant to the case (crime scene, villain's house, secret tunnel entrance, whatever). The tags are always signed 'The Truth.' She should be carrying a backpack (full of paint cans), and have a bandana, halloween mask or something but nothing too superheroey. Go wild with it, those are just ideas.


And there you have it my fellow Drawing Dragoons! Sharpen those pencils and start sketchin'!
