Hi,

I'm an illustrator who is looking to team with a writer (or writers) (who can do lettering) to produce one to seven or eight page stories for webcomics.

I'm looking for stories in the vein of the old Epic Illustrated or the old anthology comics of Pacific comics. Short stories that can be produced as time allows (though I'm shooting for a page a week) and that follow no real theme. This would be a vehicle for exploring ideas and genres and I'd also like to mix in illustrated poems or prose just to keep it mixed up.

I'd, ideally, like to post as a webcomic to use as a portfolio for us to produce some really beautiful really short fantasy and sci-fi stories.

If this interests you please contact me at erik dot roman at sbcglobal.net

Thanks.

Sure.

Can you email or link me to some relevant writing samples?

Hey, I'm a published writer looking for an artist to collab with. I can't letter though but would you be willing to look at some of my short scripts?

Cheers

Thanks, everybody, for the overwhelming amount of submissions. I'll take some time to look at them and get back to everybody by the end of the weekend.

This is now officially closed.

I have a handful of short scripts already written. I also letter. I see you've closed the submissions, but if you find yourself in a pinch and need some help with the lettering, let me know and I'll do what I can.

If the need arises, just email me at acw.comics@gmail.com and I'll send you samples of me work.
