Weekly Sketch Group # 213

It's the last scorching week of June and that means it's time for a new weekly sketch group! I haven't received word from Manji's lawyers to cease and desist running the WSG, so I will, once again, be your Temporary Sketch Group Moderator this week:cool:. As always, if you have any killer ideas or topics you would like to draw, or see your fellow sketch group artists draw, drop me a PM and I will try to include them in next week's group!

And now (drum roll please!) here are our topics for this week:

1. Optimus Prime: In honor of the new Transformer's Movie coming soon to a theater near you. (Draw him in 3-D if you like) :)!

2. Robert E. Howard's Solomon Kane

3. Betty Boop: Warrior Princess

4. Draw your favorite Character from George R.R. Martin's epic: A Song of Ice and Fire, in honor of the 1st season (A Game of Thrones) ending on HBO and the impending publication of the 5th novel (A Dance with Dragons) in the series coming in July!

wanted to try something a little Geoff Darrow-y so I had to use the movie Optimus Prime as a reference. Also, its hard to get that crazy Geoff Darrow detail on an Wacom Intuos while hungover

Allright let's try this again, had some trouble posting like D.C. seems to have. Actually tried to post this originally on Sunday night, couldn't get anything to work all day yesterday, let's try now.

Well I was glad to see all the Prime love this week but felt bad for the little cart guy in the trailer, no one showing any respect for the trailer. Had to show my love for the full on Roll Out! mode. I still miss this toy, was one of my favorites for years!
