Hey there Calvin :)
I'll say that this is not bad.....But! their are anatomy issues,and you need to nip them..
I always liked a busty gal ( My Wife for instance ) You will find that there needs to be some support for them on the human frame...
I know that there are some exceptions...but short lived.
Right now I like your character but she is cut ... Remember there has to be room for Lungs-heart-liver-kidneys-intestines-Ect...
Being Believable is a big Key ;)

Not really a good likeness of the actual character, but a fine sexy comic chick.

On the other hand, sometimes you can totally get away with those kind of proportions -- just not with such a realistically drawn face. You need to have more-or-less the same level of stylization throughout the figure.

The one thing that's kinda bugging me is that it looks like you couldn't decide what angle to draw her face from. Her eyes are almost directly forward, while the rest of her face is almost a 3/4 view. It looks like the jawline is tacked on on the right side of her face to compensate, and it has an unnatural-looking line where it connects to the face. Might work on a rugged male face, but not on a pretty lady. . If you cover that up, it looks better, but the eyes are still a little off.

I Think a little more bounce in the hair would help her to be immediately recognizable.

The open fap needs to follow the contours of her body as well. If i remember correctly that outfit was pretty tight. right now if she closed it it would look like some double breasted pea coat. That could be cool too though.
