"Take me with you", Digi painting WIP

Hello PJ, thought I'd share something that I'm working on with you guys & gals. I'm excited because it's the first time I'm applying color to my greyscale painting process, and it's a fun learning process. There is so much more to go, like the bike, full b/g, tattoos, textures, etc. but I thought I would use this thread as a way to show others the way I work, maybe it can help someone? Anyway, the picture is based on the Prince song "Take me with you", at least it made me think of this image when it came on my Zune lol. Here's the work, hopefully it will be done this weekend (stupid irl things interfering with art :/)

I'm waiting for an update - this one looks like it's going somewhere (no pun). The girls look good, and the bike is handled really well.

Yeah I would like those girls to handle my bike. And Definitely can see the correlation with "Take me with you" Nice job man. Looks good. Post an update when you can.

Looks pretty good, man. Great technical work, great figures, great drapery, great painting style. Is there more underdrawing there that we're not seeing, or are you actually that minimalistic with it?

The only thing he really left out is the hair and it would make sense to not want to draw every strand if he has a proven technique or shortcut with a custom brush.

What I mean is that the heads are down to just a couple of strokes for the forehead, nose, ear, etc. I'm wondering if those are the initial lines he put down, or if there's more structure under there on a hidden layer or something.

Thanks for the kind words guys! I should have an update tomorrow, watched the royal wedding then took a long nap, so no work today.

@ Orphan: yes, I do have an underdrawing, I'll add it here. I also do have a hair technique, so I'm saving that for last, since it will be the most fun lol.
