the skulls and colors look good, but there's so much detail on the costume it's hard to tell how the arms are, or which leg is which, or if there are even legs for that matter.

I'm guessing that her(his?) back is turned, and he's(she's?) looking over the shoulder with the arms folded, but it's pretty hard to tell.

do like the colors though, and the face/hair look good.

It's a her. (I'm sure not being able to see her tits or face could cause some potential confusion.) Also, your guess on her pose happens to be 100% correct.

I was fairly sure she was, but last time I took that for granted... lets just say thats one Bus stop I will NEVER hang out at again!!!

Wow, pretty cool, it gave me the feeling i got when i saw a game character from Final Fantasy X, Anima (an Aeon), also got that irry vibe.

I'd say the pose is close to unreadable. I took something completely different from it. Even some lighting changes would make it simpler to read.
