Lets get this baby started! "Weekly superhero concept designs 1"

Here are this weeks Superhero's. Ready to brighten up that portfolio? Nows the time! Make a movie type concept design of these superhero's. What if you wish to design the superhero to sound more like there name? Well, go as far as you wish in your design's. If you wish to just draw the character in its original style that's ok too there are no judges here.

NEW IDEA FROM Scmarooney:
Have your take on a superhero (from the list) with a celebrity you would think best plays him/her or a celebrity that you think would be very funny for comedy. How about Jet Lee as Iron Fist or Tom Green as Doctor Strange.

Deadpool
Iron Fist
Martian Manhunter

As stated before, you can choose to draw 1, 2, 3, 4, or all 5 superhero's to build up your portfolio with non-mainstream superhero's (ones that are not played out) that are of movie quality and most comic book people know and like.

I thought I'd give this one a try. Interesting idea Guru_George! Every time a new superhero flick comes up you hear Will Smith's name come up, even if he's not everyone's first choice to play the character. I wondered what a Will Smith Dr. Strange might look like. Here's another one I just finished. My Iron Fist reconceptualization didn't work out all that well, so I decided to figure out who would play the Martian Manhunter in a prospective movie version of that character. Everyone always says Dwayne Johnson AKA The Rock should play everything from Superman to Submariner, so I thought he might be good to play Jonn Jonnz!

Thanks Guru_George! Not sure about the Genius part, but I'll take it anyhow, LOL! You might want to let this Thread percolate for another week or so, maybe make it a bi-weekly thing or a monthly sort of activity? I've enjoyed it anyhow, and am racking my brain trying to think up new ideas to sketch up.

I can smell what the Manhunter has cooking. It smells like double stuffed oreos. Great work Sean. Like the Will Smith Dr. Strange as well, although it looks more like Chris Rock to me.

Iron Fist Redesign

Hey all! I finally have finished my version of Iron Fist! LoL Let me explain. My concept is that whatever movie industry gets this film right completely changes the concept to this:
Danny Rand is an accomplished martial artist to revels in his skill level. But after a freak car accident, suffers severe nerve damage to his hands. He slips in depression but his supposed friend at the time asks for his help in testing out these bionic guantlets that will fit over his hands and allow him use of them again. When when he finds out that his friend is actually creating these gauntlets for the black market, he decides to use these bionics against criminals. Anyways in the end the loses the gauntlets but will get back is martial arts spirit, finish his training, and become the real Iron Fist we all know and love.

Yeah, I had time to think about it, LoL. anyways enjoy and hope its cool!

Everyone of these's art piece's are looking great. This is coming along little by little but the quality is top notch!

I'm thinking of doing a finished painted piece of Doctor Strange riding a unicorn with a water fall in the background. Should I use the Elvis Doctor Strange or the normal one?

That Iron Fist with the Asian tattoos' on him is an excellent design. I would like to see the tattoos' colored.
